Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently. We ship exclusively within the US via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and we're evaluating international shipping options as the store grows.

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items; exchanges for other reasons (wrong size, changed your mind) are customer-paid on return shipping.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at contact@assurelawncare.com and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it can't be modified, but our standard return process still applies.

Yes — Assure Lawn Care started as a working lawn care crew in Griffin, Georgia, and every tool in our store is chosen based on what held up on real jobs, not just what looks good in a product photo.
